Death Penalty for Woman Who Starved Boy

(Fort Worth, Texas) A 30-year-old Arlington woman, Lisa Ann Coleman, was sentenced to death this week after being convicted of starving a 9-year-old boy to death. The boy, Davontae Williams, who weighed 35 pounds when he died, was the son of 25-year-old Marcella Williams, Coleman's girlfriend.

Williams awaits her trial for capital murder.
