Teacher Accused of Sex with Student in the 1980s

(Easton, Maryland) A 45 year-old special education teacher at Garrisonville Elementary School in Stafford County, Va., Sandra Louise Bull, was arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a student. Bull faces charges of second-degree sex offense, second-degree assault, perverted practice and child abuse.

The case is based on accusations from a 39-year-old mentally-challenged man who was one of Sandra Bull's student at Easton High School back in the 1980s. The man claims to have engaged in sex with Bull when he was a senior in high school.

Bull is free on $50,000 unsecured bond. A preliminary hearing in Talbot County District Court is scheduled for September 11.

A second former student has come forward and accused Sandra Bull of inappropriate sexual contact. He is a 41-year-old former student. Bull faces new charges of second-degree and fourth-degree degree sex offense, second-degree assault and perverted practice.
