Teacher Indicted on 28 Counts of Rape

(Wilmington, Delaware) Last April, 34-year-old science teacher at Claymont Elementary School, Rachel Holt, was charged with 21 counts of rape for allegedly engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy on 28 occasions in a seven-day period. Allegedly, Holt also gave alcohol to the 13-year-old, let him drive her car, and even allowed a 12-year-old friend to watch the sexual activity.

This week, Holt was indicted on 28 counts of first-degree rape by a Superior Court grand jury. Reportedly, Holt admitted to having sexual intercourse with her student 27 times and on one occasion she performed oral sex on the boy.

The grand jury did not indict on the alcohol charge.
