Woman Guilty of Molesting Children

(Bedford, Pennsylvania) In May 2006, 37-year-old Leasa Ann Fleming was arrested and booked for allegedly molesting several children in November 2004.

Yesterday, Fleming pleaded guilty in Bedford County Court to aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors. She pleaded no contest to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.

According to her attorney and prosecutors, Fleming showed pornographic videos to two of her friend's great-grandsons and performed a sex act on the woman's great-granddaughter while baby-sitting them in November 2004. The boys were 8 and 9 years old and girl was 9.

She showed pornographic movies to two other children -- then 10 and 13 -- on other occasions and propositioned the 13-year-old for sex, but the child refused, prosecutors said.
