The California Department of Food and Agriculture has adopted a campaign promoting cheese from the Happy Cows of California. I'm certain that most people have viewed the Happy Cow television commercials which appear to be quite successful in advertising real California cheese.
But, is there truth in the advertising?
I think California has at least a few unhappy cows producing cheese.
