(Garden City, New York) Last year, married mother of two, Lisa M. Frodella, 40, was arrested and charged on two counts of rape and two counts of criminal sexual acts for engaging in sex with a 16-year-old boy, a friend of her daughters. The boy's mother alerted police after Frodella gave the boy a souped-up black 2002 Mercedes-Benz S430, valued at $35,000.
Yesterday, Frodella pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct and Nassau County Court Judge John Kase sentenced her to three years' probation. Frodella was also ordered to register as a sex offender and receive mental health treatment.
The boy didn't get to keep the Mercedes.
