Relations with 12-Year-Old Boy

(Las Cruces, New Mexico) A 19-year-old woman, Frances Morales, has been charged with engaging in sex with a 12-year-old boy who is related to her in some manner.

A Dona Ana County grand jury indicted Morales on 14 counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor. The relationship allegedly occurred between August 2005 and February 2006.

Morales admitted the sexual relationship and said the boy's mother knew about it. The mother denied any knowledge.
