(Denver, Colorado) A 30-year-old security officer and youth counselor at Lookout Mountain Youth Services Center in Golden, Heather Rose Robbins, pleaded guilty yesterday to sexual assault on a child and unlawful sex in a penal institution.Police learned that there were five or six sexual encounters with a 16-year-old boy between May 2004 and August 2005.
Robbins faces sentencing on April 23rd. Two years to life in prison are possible.
