Shoplifter Blames Irritable Bowel Syndrome

(Cape Coral, Florida) A 61-year-old woman, Helen Gallo, was arrested Sunday for shoplifting and explained that she couldn't wait in line to pay because of irritable bowel syndrome. She was booked into the Lee County Jail on a petty larceny charge and released on $500 bond.
