Gunowner Shoots Intruder Dead

(Augusta, Georgia) A 29-year-old intruder, Errol Lavar Royal, entered the home of U.S. Army Captain Barre Bollinger Wednesday afternoon to steal guns.

Unfortunately, one gun was being operated by the homeowner and two loads of lead were pumped into Royal's stomach from an SKS rifle - a weapon similar to an AK-47 assault rifle.

Royal was pronounced dead at Medical College of Georgia Hospital about 6:45 p.m.

According to Richmond County Sheriff's Investigator Thomas Johnson, there are no plans to file charges in the shooting.

The moral of this story? If you are going to steal guns, avoid American soldiers.
