Michigan Mom Guilty in Sex Case

(Detroit, Michigan) In January 2007, 34-year-old married mother Michelle Perruzzi was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct for engaging in sex with her son's 14-year-old best friend.

Yesterday, Perruzzi was found guilty by a Wayne County Circuit Court jury on two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Police said Perruzzi had sex with the boy in her home while her two children were in the house. The boy is a student at Melvindale High School. He told police Perruzzi molested him at least four times while he stayed overnight with her son. The case came to light after he told his girlfriend about his experience and she told his mother.

The teen's mother told The Detroit News that her son kept it secret because he feared that if he told on Perruzzi she would go to jail.

"He didn't want his friends without their mom that is why he hid it for so long," his mother said.
Perruzzi, previously out on bail, was immediately taken into custody. Sentencing is scheduled for August 16th.

Yes she was convicted but one of the witnesses in the trial for the plaintiff lied about her relationship with Michelle. She actually hated her and this young boy kept telling Michelle how bad he wanted to have sex with her. I know both parties personally
