Mom Accused of Sex with Son's Best Friend

(Melvindale, Michigan) A 34-year-old married mother, Michelle Perruzzi, has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct for engaging in sex with her son's 14-year-old best friend. The molestation allegedly occurred on four occasions in 2005 and only became known recently when the boy told his current girlfriend.

Perruzzi waived a preliminary hearing today before Judge Richard Page at the 24th District Court and opted to go straight to trial. She remains free on bond.

A trial date was not disclosed.
