What An Idiot!

(St. Paul, Minnesota) On August 3rd, a 28-year-old former band teacher at Como Park Senior High School, Joseph Arne Tucker, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct with a 17-year-old female student.

Tucker was sentenced to a stayed prison sentence, probation and a 90-day cap on jail time as long as he complied with the conditions of his release and remained law abiding.

On August 13th, Joseph Arne Tucker was arrested for violating a no-contact order by using a ladder to climb into the bedroom window of the 17-year-old girl he sexually abused. The girl's father caught him.

In light of Tucker's arrest, prosecutors vow to revisit the terms of his plea agreement.
