Ejection Seat Death

(Norfolk, England) One would think there would be some sort of interlock to prevent a man from being ejected toward the ground.
A navigator died yesterday after being ejected from an RAF Tornado as it rolled over during a test flight.

It is believed his seat somehow fell out of the cockpit while the 1,400mph jet was being flown upside-down at around 5,000ft.

The BAE Systems worker was in a two-man crew testing the jet for the defence firm.

His body was found by an RAF Sea King rescue helicopter in a field at South Creake near Wells in Norfolk.
The cause is being investigated.
