(Williams County, Ohio) A 27-year-old health and physical education teacher at Gorham Fayette High School, Tabatha Fidler, was indicted this week for allegedly engaging in sex with a 16-year-old boy. The indictment covers one alleged criminal offense at Fidler's home in June 2007. Fidler faces one count of felony sexual battery.
A court appearance has been scheduled for April 10. Fidler is on administrative leave from her teaching position.
