Woman Arrested After Offering Sex for $20

(Fort Pierce, Florida) A 20-year-old, 200-pound woman, Stefannie L. Tuttle, was arrested Sunday for allegedly approaching a man, offering sex for $20 and breaking the man's window when he declined. She faces burglary, prostitution and battery charges.
The man told the 5 foot 1 inch, Jensen Beach woman to leave him alone and she got upset.

That’s when Tuttle walked in his apartment, as the man’s cousin was on the phone. The cousin and Tuttle, who also uses the last name Miller, reportedly yelled at each other before both men pulled her out of the residence. Tuttle then walked to the apartment’s west side and broke the kitchen window with her elbow and left.

Tuttle’s sister told investigators that Tuttle was drunk and “was being immature when she walked over to (the man’s) house.”

Tuttle eventually told officers that friends dared her to ask the man if he’d pay for sex. She said they agreed and went into the apartment, locking the door.

She said she got out by breaking the window, but police saw broken glass inside the apartment, meaning the window was broken from outside.
Tuttle was booked into custody at the St. Lucie County Jail with bail set at $65,000.
