Texas Woman Accused of Offering Kids for Sex

(Katy, Texas) A 33-year-old local woman, Stephanie Hays, was arrested last week for allegedly providing children to a Missouri man for sex. The children were Hays' son, 11, niece, 2, and nephew, 5.

“Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) received the case on a referral from a different ICAC in Independence, Mo.,” said Donna Hawkins, assistant district attorney for Harris County.

“The detectives there identified an individual by the name of Michael Stratton made arrangements to meet with a mother and have sex with her three children.”

Hays has been charged with possession of child pornography and felony sexual performance of a child.
