Teacher Arrested for Romancing Himself in Classroom

(Marrero, Louisiana) A 22-year-old teacher at Higgins High School, Joey A. Lehrman, has been arrested for allegedly being sexually intimate with himself in a classroom during a free period. Reportedly, three students observed the romantic episode.

Jefferson Parish sheriff's deputies said when they questioned Lehrman, he said he was rubbing lotion on himself because of a medical condition.

Deputies said Lehrman admitted unbuckling his pants and rubbing lotion on his lower stomach, as well as his penis.

Lehrman faces an obscenity charge. He has been suspended without pay from his teaching position.
