California Babe Gets Prison for Sex with Boy, 12

(Visalia, California) A local woman, Yvette Rodriguez, was arrested at age 19 in 2007 for allegedly engaging in a continuous sexual relationship with a 12-year-old boy.

Earlier today, Rodriguez, now 21 years old, pleaded guilty in Tulare County Superior Court to two counts of lewd acts with a child under 14 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

As a result, Rodriguez was sentenced to three years in prison with no eligibility for parole until she has served at least 85 percent of the time.

Rodriguez must also register as a sex offender.
