(Largo, Florida) A 24-year-old El Salvadoran national who is illegally in the U.S., Isaac Mendez Ramirez, has been arrested by Largo Police for allegedly twice molesting a seven-year-old child.The alleged offenses reportedly occurred in November 2008 and January 2009.
Ramirez faces two counts of capital sexual battery of a child.
He was booked into custody at the Pinellas County Jail without bail.
