Illegal Accused of Raping Ohio Girl, 3

(Hamilton, Ohio) A 44-year-old Mexican national, illegally in the United States, Juan Martinez, has been arrested on suspicion of rape of a three-year-old girl.

The charge stems from alleged abuse that occurred in January at a South Sixth Street residence, according to records. At that time, the 3-year-old girl was taken to the Cincinnati Children’s Liberty Campus for a sexual assault examination after she told a family member about the alleged abuse, said Hamilton police Detective Mark Hayes.

The girl told a social worker at the hospital that Martinez, who was a friend of the family, allegedly touched her inappropriately, according to police records.

Heh. Friend of the family, eh? I think the family should be more discriminating in who they offer friendship to.

Martinez was booked into custody at the Butler County Jail with bond set at $250,041. Immigration officials placed a detention hold on Martinez.
