(Norristown, Pennsylvania) Last Wednesday, 26-year-old Katherine M. Dennery pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to charges of indecent assault, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors stemming from incidents in April.The open plea means Dennery, formerly of the 800 block of Walnut Street in Lansdale, has no deals with prosecutors regarding her potential sentence. Dennery faces a possible maximum sentence of 15 to 30 years in prison on the charges.Dennery will remain locked up without bail until sentencing.
Judge Thomas P. Rogers deferred sentencing so that court officials can complete a background investigative report about Dennery. The judge will use that report to assist him in sentencing Dennery later this year.
Pennsylvania Woman with 13-Year-Old Boys

(Lansdale, Pennsylvania) A 26-year-old local woman, Katherine Dennery, was arrested yesterday for allegedly sexually assaulting and providing alcohol to two 13-year-old boys.
According to the criminal complaint, Dennery propositioned the 13-year-old for sex in April, gave him peach Schnapps and had sex with the boy approximately four times during the course of the night.Dennery has been charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors.
The adult neighbor and the other boy had been helping Dennery move out of her house and witnessed the acts. The neighbor had even snapped a picture with a cell phone but, according to the criminal complaint, Dennery confronted that adult and deleted the image on the cell phone.
Dennery was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Correction Facility with bail set at $25,000.
