Texas Teacher Arrested on Sex Charge

(Dallas, Texas) A 46-year-old teacher formerly at Samuell High School, Ellen Marie Hunt, was arrested last Saturday for allegedly engaging in an improper relationship with a student.

She and the student, a 17-year-old who just finished the 11th grade at the school, were found in the student's car after police received a complaint on June 8, police said.

Someone reported that they were having sex in the car in the parking lot of a Fry's Electronics in Lake Highlands.

Hunt was booked into custody and later released on $10,000 bond.
