(Chattanooga, Tennessee) A 20-year-old local woman, Megan Danielle Tucker, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 16-year-old boy. Although Tucker has known the boy for years and is good friends with him, she told police that she thought he was 18 because that's what he told her.
Tucker has been charged with statutory rape.
The 16-year-old told police the incident occurred at his residence on July 31.Tucker was booked into custody with bond set at $500.
He said he and Ms. Tucker had sex on the living room floor.
