SC Woman Accused of Sex Crimes

(Edgefield County, South Carolina) A local woman, Jennifer Kennedy, surrendered to the Edgefield County Sheriff's Office last week to face charges stemming from an alleged sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy.

Investigators report that the sexual relationship was ongoing between March and May 2009.

Kennedy has been charged with criminal sexual conduct. She was booked into custody and later released on bond.
