According to the Hottest Heads of State website, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko of Ukraine is first. It's hardly surprising given her stunning beauty and the fact that she had to compete with a list of 171 other world leaders, male and female, including the likes of Bobby Mugabe and Raul Castro.
The HHOS website has pics and rankings of all the leaders, which is interesting. Least hot on the list is North Korean despot Kim Jong-il who trails right behind Pope Benedict XVI.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad comes in at the 48th hottest with Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, notorious for romps with naked tenderonis, coming in at 65th. Like I mentioned, it's interesting even if it doesn't make sense.
