Teacher Allegedly Rough with Student
(St. George, South Carolina) A 59-year-old special needs teacher at Williams Memorial Elementary School, Rosemary Mills, was arrested for alleged rough handling of a 10-year-old student. It's reported that Mills twice grabbed the kid by the neck and pushed him into a chair.
A parent reported to school officials after seeing Mills "screaming and hollering" while pushing the child down. Mills has been charged with unlawful conduct toward a child.

She was booked into custody and subsequently released on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
