(Los Mochis, Mexico) Members of a drug cartel gruesomely murdered a 36-year-old man, Hugo Hernandez, and left his dismembered body on the streets of Los Mochis as a threat to rival drug organizations.
A note read: "Happy New Year, because this will be your last."The level of violence in Mexico is beyond barbaric. And, it's ominously creeping North.
To drive home the point, the assailants skinned Hernandez's face and stitched it onto a soccer ball.
