Reward Offered for Information on Gun Heist

(Riverside, California) A $5,000 reward is being offered by authorities for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individual(s) responsible for the recent heist of firearms from the Riverside Magnum Range.

The burglary occurred Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010, at approximately 4 a.m., at Riverside Magnum Range, a federal firearms licensee (FFL), or licensed gun dealer, located at 12391 Sampson Ave., in Riverside.

A suspect wearing a dark colored sweatshirt with a distinct white logo (possibly an eagle), broke into the store by smashing the front glass door and then pried open the security bars.

The suspect took several firearms (handguns and rifles) and fled in an unknown vehicle.
