Carter Going to North Korea
Former President Jimmy Carter is planning a visit to North Korea in about a month. Discussions with the North Korean mission in New York are in progress.
Reportedly, former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan and other prominent figures will tag along.
Meanwhile, an open plea has been published for Kim Jong-il to offer all incentives necessary to convince Carter to stay permanently in North Korea.
Heh.
