Obama's Birth Documentation

Released today by the White House, President Obama's reported "birth-certificate-long-form" displaying the following:

"I CERTIFY THIS IS A TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT OF THE RECORD ON FILE IN THE HAWAII STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

(signed) Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D.
STATE REGISTRAR"

I'm confused. Which is it, a true copy or an abstract? It seems it would have to be one or the other.

By the way, my birth certificate lists birth weight, length, eye and hair color. Apparently, that information wasn't recorded for Hawaiian births in 1961.
