(Kingston, Pennsylvania) In February 2011, a 49-year-old local woman, Renee Andrea Morinelli, was arrested for allegedly delivering heroin to undercover police officers. She was tagged with multiple drug charges and released on $20,000 bail.
Last Saturday, Morinelli was arrested again for allegedly dealing heroin, this time within 1,000 feet of a school.
On Tuesday, Morinelli was arraigned and charged with one count each of delivery of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin, criminal use of a communications facility, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Morinelli was booked into custody at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility with bail set at $50,000.
