
Gomez was initially charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition but the charge was reduced to disorderly conduct by Judge John "Jay" Hurley.
According to a Broward Sheriff's Office probable cause affidavit, a deputy answered a call about 8:15 a.m. on Monday regarding a woman undressing in front of school children waiting for a bus in the 600 block of Northwest 27th Avenue.Judge Hurley ordered Gomez held without bond after revoking her release on a prior drug-related charge. The judge also ordered a mental evaluation be performed on Gomez.
At the scene, the deputy saw, "numerous people," pointing towards Gomez, the affidavit said.
