Georgia Woman Accused of Raping Boy, 13
[Previous 6/9/11 post]
(Dalton, Georgia) A 19-year-old local female, Eileen Dawn June Garguilo, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy. She faces charges of statutory rape and child molestation.

The boy's mother alerted the Dalton Police upon noticing behavioral changes in her son after he visited Garguilo.
The boy went over to the house to “watch some younger kids” while Garguilo was there, and the boy’s mother speculated it was that night when the sexual “interaction” took place.

Later, she was looking through one of more than 200 text messages on her son’s cellphone between him and Garguilo and saw “something about them having sex.” When she confronted her son he admitted it happened, according to the report.
Garguilo was booked into custody without bond.
