Mom Gets Jail for Doing Son's Teammates

(Montgomery County, Pennsylvania) In April 2011, a 37-year-old local woman, Jennie Lee, pleaded guilty to statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors for having sex with two boys, aged 15 and 17.

As a result, yesterday Judge Steven T. O'Neill sentenced Lee to 9 to 23 months in jail and four years probation.

Prosecutors had alleged that Lee initiated a sexual relationship with the older boy through Facebook and that he brought along the 15-year-old for a threesome.

Both teens played football with Lee's son on the Abington High School football team, officials said.

The older boy reported the Lee (sic) to the police in April 2010.

Defense attorney Francis Recchuiti sought mitigation claiming Lee is bipolar and she makes poor decisions due to consumption of drugs and alcohol.

I'd suggest that a 37-year-old male doing a threesome with high school girls might expect harsher treatment.
