Pennsylvania Mom Accused of Harming Daughter, 4

(Indiana County, Pennsylvania) A 28-year-old local woman, Angela Goss, has been accused of breaking her four-year-old daughter's leg since she had urinated on herself and on the floor.

Goss faces charges of aggravated assault and child endangerment.

Investigators said while Goss was dragging the girl, the child hit her leg on an entertainment center, causing her to break her left tibia.

Goss was booked into custody at the Indiana County Jail with bond set at $25,000.
