(Lake Charles, Louisiana) A 19-year-old local female, Kayla M. Hooper, has been accused of engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl.Hooper faces multiple charges of indecent behavior with juveniles and carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
The investigation revealed Hooper engaged in inappropriate sexual activity with the 16-year-old victim and had been doing so on numerous occasions for the past 2 months.Hooper was booked into custody at the Calcasieu Correctional Center with bond set at $19,000.
Detectives also discovered Hooper sent several explicit text messages, including an inappropriate photograph of herself, to the 15-year-old victim.
