California Teacher Gets Probation in Student Sex Case - Update

(Bakersfield, California) As a result of pleading no contest to unlawful sexual intercourse, California City High School math teacher Amber Failla has been sentenced to three years of probation.
Court documents obtained by Eyewitness News include an allegation that Failla, a California City High School math teacher, would send text messages to students one by one to come to her classroom between class times.

Once there, Failla would orally pleasure the students, according to court papers.
So, one by one the students would march off to Ms. Failla's classroom for special after-class oral attention. It's not known when the oral pleasuring sessions began and over what duration they ensued.

A teacher accused of sexual encounters with a number of students entered a plea Friday in Kern County court.

Amber Failla was arrested last year at her Tehachapi home. The California City High School math teacher allegedly performed oral sex on boys between the ages of 14 and 17.

Failla pleaded no contest to one count of unlawful sexual intercourse, and multiple counts of oral copulation and contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense were dismissed.[…]

In between classes, eh? Sounds like Amber Failla was approachable.

(California City, California) A 36-year-old California City High School math teacher, Amber Failla, has been accused of engaging in sex with three students.

Failla faces charges of oral copulation of minors under 16 years of age and for sending harmful and explicit matter to minors.
Police obtained a search warrant for Failla’s home and seized computers and cell phones.

The investigators said the allegations of Failla’s sexual relationship with these students date back to over 1 year.
Failla was booked into custody at the Kern County Jail.
