Hoosier Woman Accused of Child Molestation

(Greensburg, Indiana) A 22-year-old local woman, Hannah Jo Stuart, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy.

Stuart faces two counts of child molestation.

The alleged incidents were said to occur on two separate occasions, according to Charging Information filed Wednesday. Both offenses are classified as class “B” felonies.

Prior to her arrest, the suspect met with law enforcement officials and the Department of Child Services and is alleged to have admitted to one of the acts, which involved sexual intercourse with the boy in a residence located in Forest Hill.

Stuart was arrested last Thursday.
