California Teacher Pinched for Drugs

(Redlands, California) A 40-year-old physical education and dance teacher at Clement Middle School, Jennifer Tena Krogman, has been arrested on illegal drug charges.

Krogman faces counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Redlands police Lt. Travis Martinez said Thursday that police received a report that Krogman had a small amount of methamphetamine and was packaging it to be mailed.

She was arrested on Apollo Way in Beaumont. Krogman was cited at Central Detention Center in San Bernardino and released. Martinez said police are continuing to investigate Krogman.
