Minnesota Woman Gets Prison for Sex with Boy - Update

(Winona County, Minnesota) Last May, former teacher with the La Crescent-Hokah School District, Pamela Ann Fahy, 44, pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct for engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy.

As a result, Fahy was sentenced to 180 days in the Houston County jail and 15 years of probation.

Fahy was charged in September 2013 after being caught by the boy’s father naked from the waist down coming out of the boy’s bedroom, according to court records. The boy told investigators that he and Fahy had sex on multiple occasions over the previous six months, according to court records.

Fahy was employed as a paraprofessional with the La Crescent-Hokah School District and a licensed child care provider at the time of her arrest. Following her arrest she resigned from the school district and two foster children were removed from her care.

If she fails to abide by the conditions of her probation, Fahy faces a possible 91-month prison sentence.

(Winona County, Minnesota) A 43-year-old special education teacher formerly with the La Crescent-Hokah School District, Pamela Ann Fahy, has been accused of playing peek-a-boo sausage with a 13-year-old boy on multiple occasions.

Fahy faces a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

A Winona County man returned home and claimed he saw Fahy run out of his teen son's bedroom naked from the waist down, according to the Winona Daily News.

The boy said he and Fahy were having sex, then later told Winona County deputies that the pair had multiple sexual encounters over the past two months, according to the LaCrosse Tribune.
