Texas Woman, 36, Naughty with Boy, 13

(San Antonio, Texas) A local woman, Jasmine Garcia DeJesus, 36, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy.

DeJesus has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a minor.

A Bexar County sheriff's deputy found the pair in the backseat of a car Sunday evening while responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 4900 block of Winter Cherry. Detectives were then called to the scene.

BCSO spokesman Paul Berry said the boy told investigators he and the woman were having sex and it was not the first time.

DeJesus was booked into custody yesterday at the Bexar County Jail with bond set at $75,000.
