Michigan Woman Accused of Years-Long Sex with Girl

(Saginaw, Michigan) A 31-year-old local woman, Kristie E. Flores, has been accused of engaging in sex with a young girl over a four-year period.

Flores faces three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct against someone under the age of 13 and two other felonies.
Flores' arrest warrant alleges that she sexually assaulted a girl from June 1, 2009, to June 30 of this year in Saginaw.

First-degree criminal sexual conduct involves penetration and carries a maximum penalty of life in prison. When the victim is under the age of 13, the mandatory minimum is 25 years in prison.

In addition to the sexual assault charges, Flores faces charges of extortion and accosting a child for immoral purposes. The charges carry maximum penalties of 20 years and four years in prison, respectively.
Flores was booked into custody without bond.

The cities or counties complain now that they no longer have the drugs to put someone to sleep, permanently.

But they sure have a lot of heroin in lock-up from all the drug busts they made, why not use that?
