Dakota Woman Accused of Sex with Boys
(Jamestown, North Dakota) A 26-year-old local woman, Trisha Lynn Bliss, has been accused of engaging in sex with a series of boys aged 14 to 17.
Bliss pleaded not guilty to felony counts of gross sexual imposition and corruption of a minor.
Jamestown police were investigating the allegations involving the 14-year-old girl and the 19-year-old man when the man told a detective he had met Bliss through phone messaging.Bliss was booked and released on her own recognizance.
The man told Detective LeRoy Gross he and another man came to Bliss’s home, where the man had sex with Bliss, and his friend had sex with a minor. The underage girl claimed to be 18, the man said, and Bliss corroborated it.
In October, Gross interviewed Bliss, who told him she met the two men through Skout, a meet-up application for smartphones.
Bliss told the detective she allowed one of the men to stay in her daughter’s bedroom with the girl, but they told her they were only going to cuddle. Police said Bliss told the detective she knew it was wrong to let the pair be alone.
When the detective met with the juvenile girl, she denied having sex with the man and said Bliss had had sex with four boys under 18.
