Oklahoma Teacher Accused of Sex Assault

(Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) An English teacher at Capitol Hill High School, Callie Miller, has been accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with two male students.

Oklahoma City police’s sex crime unit responded to the report of the assault on December 5, 2013. A search warrant said the teacher taught both boys at Capitol Hill High School and she started contacting them both in August, 2013.

OKCPS officials released a statement on Friday, August 1, 2014, and said that during the investigation, Miller was placed on paid administrative leave from December 2013 to May 2014.

Officials said Miller has separated from the district in May, 2014, and is no longer an OKCPS employee.

Formal charges are expected within days.
