Texas Teacher Accused of Sex with Student
[Previous 8/5/14 post]
(Pharr, Texas) A 32-year-old teacher's aide formerly with the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo school system, Andrea Sandoval, has been accused of engaging in sex with one of her students.

Sandoval faces a charge of improper relationship between an educator and a student.
Pharr police arrested Andrea Sandoval, 32, after a father complained that she had an inappropriate relationship with his son, a student at PSJA Southwest High School, where she worked.

Officers met with the student, who told them that Sandoval had offered him a ride home from school on May 29, when they had an early release day. Instead, she took him to her home in Pharr, began kissing him and pulling down his pants and they had sex, according to a criminal complaint.
Sandoval was booked into custody at the Hidalgo County Jail and later released on $10,000 bond.
