Vermont Woman Accused of Sex Assault of Runaway, 14
(Williamstown, Vermont) Local woman Courtney Heath has been accused of sexually assaulting a runaway teenager.
Heath faces charges of unlawful sheltering of a runaway juvenile and felonious sexual assault.
On 9/17/14, State Police located a runaway juvenile at a residence in Williamstown. The resident of that address, Courtney Heath, was subsequently charged with the unlawful sheltering of a runaway juvenile.Heath pleaded not guilty this week in Chittenden County criminal court.
Upon further investigation, State Police determined Heath to have had a sexual relationship with the 14 year-old minor. Heath was also charged with sexual assault.
