Carolina Teacher Accused of Nasty with Teen

(Mooresville, North Carolina) A 37-year-old English teacher at South Iredell High School in Statesville, Julianna Ortiz Mills, has been accused of performing sex acts on a teenage boy.

Mills faces counts of sexual activity with a student by a teacher and felony taking indecent liberties with a student by a teacher.

Authorities said the victim is not one of her students and the alleged crimes did not happen on school grounds.

A deputy patrolling a residential neighborhood reportedly saw the suspect standing next to a vehicle with the victim inside.

The suspect was charged after being questioned.

Mills was booked into custody with bond set at $10,000.
