Iowa Woman Accused of Sex with Boy, 14

Police have arrested a Newton woman accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy and giving him alcohol and cigarettes.

Tori Kaiser, 21, is charged with third-degree sexual abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Reportedly, Kaiser had sex with the boy between two and fifteen times.
