Kentucky Clerk Jailed and Released

Kim Davis

(Morehead, Kentucky)
A jailed Kentucky clerk asserted that marriage licenses issued without her authority Friday to gay couples in Rowan County are void and "not worth the paper they are written on" because she didn't authorize them, her attorney said.

Kim Davis now wears an orange jumpsuit and "has already been doing Bible studies with herself" in jail, her attorney Mat Staver of Liberty Counsel told reporters after meeting with her behind bars. He said Davis is in very good spirits, and is prepared to stay as long as it takes to uphold her religious freedoms.
Davis was released from jail today.

I am very pleased she forced the state to "do what it had to do". We told them they would be arrested for their faith, and we were right. It will only get worse. They let this one off, but at some point they are going to decide to enforce the mandate and hammer someone. Funny thing? The supreme court doesn't have the power to legislate, but has just done so and no one is questioning it.

I am wondering if the left isn't trying to have the supreme court broken or disbanded. And they might get their wish. I am hoping some corrections are made, though not even that will happen unless voting issues are resolved, including ending female emancipation. Well, and voting by those who don't pay taxes, among a few other corrections.

They let her out Friday.

You, along with the US, have bigger problems.

Here: The US is taking in potential terrorist!
All on welfare, can't make it and turn to crime!
Remember that!

It doesn't matter how many, or how great, the problems are. Only one problem can be solved, really, at a time. And they will end up being dealt with well or poorly.

The things you discuss will not be solved, or many others, until politics is altered, judges are kept in their place, the electorate is limited to tax payers, and many other things. Further, even if every single problem, as I see things, was tended, there is coming a number of huge costs for the foolishness, corruption, crony capitalism, socialism, and other evils brought in by an inattentive (and/or greedy) electorate greedy politicians.

The house of cards will, has to, fall. Who will be left to rearrange things after that happens, and who will pay a price for it, is a totally different things. If the same people who caused these problems are allowed to continue... If not, then who will, and how will that work. Different names, same system, same results. Things have to change or the bottom will just keep getting deeper, and being hit more frequently.
